Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation charges are based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled check-in date:
- More than 30 days before check-in: No cancellation charges.
- 15 to 30 days before check-in: 35% of the booking amount will be deducted.
- 7 to 14 days before check-in: 60% of the booking amount will be deducted.
- Less than 7 days before check-in: 85% of the booking amount will be deducted.
- Less than 3 days before check-in or No-Show: 100% of the booking amount will be deducted.
The remaining eligible amount, after applicable cancellation charges, will be refunded according to the applicable payment and refund terms.
