Booking Confirmation

3. Payments

  • Room rates are displayed in INR unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Harmony Hotels & Resorts is not responsible for errors or issues caused by third-party payment providers.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Check-in: 01:00 PM
  • Check-out: 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be chargeable and subject to availability.

Guests must present valid government-issued ID at check-in.


5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policies may vary based on rate plans or offers.

Standard Policy

  • More than 30 days of check in : No deduction
  • Less than 30 days, more than 15 days of check in : 35% deduction
  • Less than 15 days, more than 07 days of check in : 60% deduction
  • Less than 7 days : 85% deduction
  • Less than 3 days / no show: 100% deduction

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7–10] working days.


6. Modifications

Changes to bookings (dates, room type, guest details) are subject to:

  • Availability
  • Rate differences
  • Additional charges

Harmony Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings due to pricing errors, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.


7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Maintain decorum and respect other guests
  • Follow hotel policies and staff instructions
  • Not damage hotel property

Any loss or damage caused by the guest may result in repair/replacement charges.

Illegal activities, excessive noise, or misconduct may lead to immediate eviction without refund.


8. Property Rules

  • Smoking may be restricted to designated areas only
  • Pets allowed only where explicitly permitted
  • Outside food or hazardous materials may be restricted
  • Hotel facilities must be used responsibly
